The survey typically takes around 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. During this time, our surveyor will need access to every room in your home, including the loft, in order to assess your property thoroughly. This step is essential to confirm whether your home also qualifies for the scheme, as properties that are already too energy-efficient may not be eligible for upgrades.

We primarily install Ideal Logic boilers, as they are highly reliable and energy-efficient. However, in some cases, if we feel your property would benefit more from a different system, we may also install Worcester boilers. Our goal is to ensure you receive the best boiler solution for your home’s needs.

The length of the application process can vary depending on how you qualify and the number or type of upgrades required for your home to meet the necessary efficiency standards. While every case is different, we always work to make the process as smooth and as quick as possible. In some situations, there may be delays—for example, when applications need to be approved by local councils under the FLEX route.
